Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos or an unboxing video of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without original packaging.
- Products requested for return after 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account or UPI after verification.
Replacement
If the product is damaged or the wrong item is delivered, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
